The Bikers Who Care (BWC) 37th Annual Leslie W. Watson Memorial Toy Run will be held Saturday, September 15 in Clarksville.
BWC is a nonprofit organization that supports several charitable children’s organizations, including Camp Rainbow, Special Olympics, Buddy Ball, Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Camp Phoenix, Dream Factory, and many others.
The fun-filled weekend will consist of live music, tattoo contests, motorcycle contests, bikini contests, a swap meet, and more. Over 15 bands will perform live, including Moonshine Bandits, Shallow Side, Geneva, The Stacy Mitchart Band, August Christopher Band, and tons of local favorites. There will also be a live performance both nights by TORCH Fire Performer featuring Heather Sptifire.
During the Toy Run, bikers will collect new, unwrapped toys to be distributed to underprivileged children during the holiday season. Cash donations will also be accepted.
Participants can meet September 15th at 10 a.m. at the Clarksville Speedway at 1600 Needmore Rd. The bikes will leave in parade form at 1 p.m. and end the ride at Governor’s Square Mall to deliver the toys. More than 2000 bikers are expected to attend this year.
Admission for the weekend is $35 in advance or $40 at the gate. Guests have the option to camp for the weekend. The camping fee is free for motorcycles, $25 for RVs, and $10 for cars or trucks.
