CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – The Chi Omega chapter at Austin Peay State University will hold the Chi O Cookout and Concert to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee on April 19, 2018.
“Our BBQ cookout event last spring was a great success in which we raised over $15,000 for Make-A-Wish and nearly 500 people from the Clarksville community were able to attend,” said Chi Omega President of the Sigma Kappa Chapter, Leslie Cherry.
The event will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center. The event festivities will include a concert by country music artist Jon Langston, Clarksville natives Lucian Greene and Lee Miller, as well as food, outdoor games, and a silent auction.
General admission tickets to the event are $18 and general admission plus food tickets are $22. Tickets are limited and available here.
Make-A-Wish grants the wishes of children with critical illnesses to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
Chi O Cookout and Concert is not only a good time, but a great way to give back to a worthy cause and to the Clarksville community.
